PROCESSING TIME

RMA CLAIM
The customer needs to provide proof of purchase (invoice, money receipt) to claim a warranty. Customers will pay return shipping charges for all warranty services. TV HUT reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. TV HUT cannot guarantee the compatibility of items. PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY
Physical damage to any product purchased from TV HUT will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper installation, physical damage, burn case, removed or tempered stickers, damage caused by liquid or mishandling any product will void the warranty. As a result, TV HUT will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer's expense.
