Review Title: Seller was helpful

I ordered my washing machine on the 5th January and received it on the 8th January. Haier sent their technician to set it up. The free detergent that was supposed to come with the machine was not included at first because of space issues. After I complained, the seller sent it to me by courier. The seller was helpful and responsive. Thank you.
